  • Physical activity resources including a weekly exercise class at Joseph Lee Recreation Center, water exercise class at Martin Luther King pool, walking group, weekly community college exercise class, line dancing class
  • Newcomers folder
  • Workshops on getting started, exercising safely,creating a balanced exercise program, stress management, nutrition, and memory
  • Functional fitness testing
  • Blood pressure monitoring weekly
  • Support through telephone reminders, car pools, role models, special events (certificates of completion, picnics, field trips)
